Will you deliver a mobility scooter to me during a day-trip to Niagara Falls? Sorry, we're unable to do this. We must deliver to a hotel or an accessible B and B.
Can I fold up the scooter and travel with it in my car? No. At his time we have only heavy duty scooters that we deliver on a truck with hydraulic lift, but your scooter can access the Niagara Falls WEGO transportation system and many of the area attractions. You can even ride it onto the Hornblower Boat trip!
Will the batteries last all day? It is impossible to know because there are many variables, including the weight of the rider, the terrain and even the weather. We ask that you always take your charger with you and if you have travelled quite a bit, plug it in while you stop for lunch or for a break.
Where do I pick up my scooter? Depending on the hotel you're staying in, it could be with the Valet desk, Concierge or Front Desk. Ask hotel staff and they will direct you. It will be delivered with the charger, instructions and our contact information.
How do I reserve a scooter? Fill out our online form as completely as you can, indicating check in and check out times and we will respond to let you know if we have availability and what the cost is.
